Scott family
Steph and her family was one of the most interactive shoots we've had. It actually felt like a workout photographing them, but then again, I think I’m just unfit. It's fun sometimes when you let your kids loose. There were times where I was chasing the kids, along with the parents. I was getting down in all fours just to capture an angle and eating some sands while I'm at it, it was such an unforgettable experience. Even though it might've been a physical workout, it gave me the most natural laughs and smiles from the family.
Steph made me chuckle a bit when she said something about her daughter that she — "starting to bond with her little brother". She told me the story where in the beginning Kayla was a bit unsure of her little brother. I suppose you can't help it especially if she has been the only child and the attention was all hers for a while then all of a sudden a foreign member has been introduced in your circle. It's funny because this almost has been a recurring story for some of the families we have met, however, the good news about it is whatever the circumstance is, the older siblings eventually accepts the fact that their younger brother or sister isn't going anywhere and they learn to adapt. Then, the bonus part is that sooner or later they become best of friends.
