Photoshoot time is all about your family. We encourage you to have a chat with the family and decide on what to bring along that will best reflect your personality – both together as a family and individually. And if you are struggling on what to wear, we will make sure to lead you by sending our Style Guide in which it will tell you how to build your wardrobe for the day. We also have an extensive clothing options for you to borrow if you think it will help you achieve that perfect look.

Oh, and by the way, don't forget about your fur babies — them too are welcome to join!

Whether on location or in the studio, the fun begins. This is an hour of quality family time with no gadgets. Our fresh approach to family photography encourages your family to interact with one another as we capture spontaneous and natural moments.

We have experience working with children of all ages and will ensure they create a fun, relaxed environment for the whole family to enjoy.

After your session, we will also book you in a time for your viewing appointment, so bring your diary or be prepared to whip out your calendar. Viewing appointments are normally done a couple of days after your photoshoot.

After your photo shoot, the creative momentum continues behind the scenes. We will spend and dedicate our time selecting the best images from your shoot, and creating some unique and innovate design ideas to show the true personality of your family. We will also try and create some ideas on how you could show these images up on your wall. So, whether it’s a wall series or just individual framed prints, we would also love for you to envision some pieces up on your wall and see what would work on your space.

So that, on the day of your viewing, we can both collaborate on our ideas and get you the best looking family portraits that you can share to anyone on your home.

We want you to be able to enjoy your Viewing appointment and feel relaxed and happy with your final design, so please allow an hour for your appointment.

This appointment is where you will go through the BEST images from your photo shoot with us. If you’re wanting to purchase anything from your shoot then this appointment is the time to do so.

After your design consultation our production process begins.

Your images are first sent to our professional retoucher who will complete any specific requests you have as well as doing a general retouch to ensure everybody is looking at their best. Once we have checked over the images we complete yet another quality check before calling you to arrange a drop off or pick up. If your order is 100% paid, your Online Gallery will be emailed to you straight away. Production process normally goes for two to three weeks, depending on the order.
